Breakthrough Parenting Services, Inc. (BPS) is a non-profit family service agency whose purpose is to protect children and strengthen families by teaching optimal parenting skills.

For well over 21 years, these award-winning classes have been offered to parents in the Los Angeles area. In order to encourage and promote psychologically sound ways to raise children, the BPS curriculum provides parents with advanced and proven child-rearing methods.

Jayne A. Major, Ph.D. is the founder of Breakthrough Parenting Services, Inc. and the author of Breakthrough Parenting: Moving Your Family from Struggle to Cooperation. She is nationally recognized as an award-winning expert in family education, a dynamic and inspiring speaker, author and consultant on optimal family relationships. Her doctorate is in Philosophy of Education from UCLA.
